Villa Festa is a historic Florida wedding venue located centrally between Orlando and Daytona. First built in 1925, this historic home has been restored using a modern aesthetic with vintage accents. The dedicated tranquil grounds, property inclusions, and cozy accommodations have been carefully designed to give soon-to-be-weds and their guests a memorable wedding weekend. This facility is owned and operated by a master certified wedding planner. Facilities and Capacity Villa Festa sits on an acre property providing the opportunity for your wedding party to spread out in a number of outdoor spaces, but also enjoy the air conditioning inside the main villa home. Even our largest group formats ensure guests can experience the indoors of the historic wedding venue property. Outdoor Wedding Spaces Ceremony lawn with historic oak, camphor trees, and evergreen trees 1,000 square feet covered pavilion (21 feet tall) that overlooks the ceremony lawn located in between the Main Villa and Carriage House homes 5,000 square feet of pavers that can be used for a tent (additional cost) when your group is larger than the pavilions capacity Indoor Wedding Spaces Historic Main Villa (Built in 1925) with 4 bedrooms, salon, living room, dining room, 2 sunrooms, large kitchen, bar, and 3 full bathrooms. Carriage House (Couples suite) with 1 master bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. Services Offered The overnight stay can be part of the experience at Villa Festa and private to your guests. Tables and chairs will be provided and set up into a variety of arrangements. You will be required to use one of the Approved Caterers and Bartenders but welcome to select any insured and licensed vendors from other categories.
