Walden Club

Set on 1,000 acres of preserved Ohio landscape in Aurora, Walden is a nature-wrapped retreat that brings together an award-winning inn, a destination spa, a championship golf course, and farm-driven dining under one property. For weddings and private events, the grounds offer both an outdoor ceremony setting with sweeping natural views and a newly renovated indoor reception hall, giving couples the flexibility to move seamlessly between an outdoor "I do" and an evening of dancing indoors. Beyond the ceremony and reception, Walden's 23 luxury guest suites allow a wedding party to reserve the entire inn for the weekend, extending the celebration into showers, rehearsal dinners, and morning-after brunches. The inn's suites are known for glass garden atriums, fireplaces, and soaking tubs, while Walden's spa has been ranked the number one spa in Ohio by Spas of America, offering couples massage packages and private suites for post-wedding relaxation. Dining is led by Chef Austin Radosta at The Barn restaurant, where menus are sourced from local Ohio farms and shift with what the surrounding land is producing. That same culinary team caters Walden's weddings and private gatherings, pairing the property's natural scenery with a farm-to-table dining program.
