Wapato Park Pavilion

The lakeside deck at Wapato Park Pavilion looks out over Wapato Lake, giving guests a water-and-forest view right from the rental space. It's the pavilion's centerpiece, linking the enclosed hall to the lake below. The pavilion sits inside Wapato Park in Tacoma, part of a lake-and-forest setting that includes a 0.9-mile walking trail. The building holds up to 55 guests, with folding tables and chairs included in every rental. Upstairs, a kitchenette offers a sink, counter space, and electricity for events, though there's no full kitchen or barbecue. A chair lift provides access to the second floor. Rentals run June through September, with a four-hour minimum. Alcohol is permitted with a Washington State banquet permit and a licensed bartender, and an onsite rental monitor is present during events.
