Evenings at Wapato Point Cellars tend to center on a glass of wine, a plate from the grill, and live music most nights of the week. The winery sits on the shores of Lake Chelan in Manson, Washington, where estate grapes are hand-picked and sorted before the valley's cool climate helps shape them into wine. A daily tasting room pours from noon to 5pm alongside lunch service, while the adjoining wine bar opens with cozy seating and appetizers from Chef Jenny, plus a full lineup of wine, beer, cider, and cocktails after 5pm. The Winemaker's Grill carries the evening forward with dinner starting at 5pm, and a happy hour runs twice daily for guests settling in early. Members of the Wapato Point Cellars wine club return for case releases and club pick-ups, keeping with the winery's long-running motto: Great Wine, Great Food, Great Friends.
