Water Oak Manor is a Greek Revival estate built in the 1840s and renovated in 2009 to blend historic architectural character with modern amenities. Set on 15 acres in Auburn, Alabama, the property is shaded by ancient water oaks and magnolias, with more than 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled interior space and over 900 square feet of wraparound porches. The manor accommodates a wide range of private events — weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, showers, family reunions, birthday parties, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings. With brick steps flanked by white pillars, regal mahogany hardwood floors, and high ceilings hung with vintage lamps, the house retains the classic details and Southern charm that have defined it for generations. Water Oak Manor has hosted more than 200 weddings since welcoming its first couple in 2012, with ceremony options across multiple locations on the grounds and reception configurations to match.
