West Point Visitor Center - The Depot

The West Point Visitor Center and Depot is a restored 1887 freight depot situated at the state line between Georgia and Alabama in West Point, Georgia. The building, which once served as the transfer point for freight moving between Atlanta and Montgomery, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005 and has since been renovated into a visitor center, museum, and event facility. The depot is available for private event rental through the City of West Point, with both weekday and weekend bookings accommodated. Rental hours run from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
