Westglow Resort & Spa is a historic luxury estate set on 11 acres in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places — its centerpiece, a Greek Revival Manor House, was originally built in the early 1900s as the summer retreat of celebrated American artist Elliott Daingerfield, whose original artwork remains on display throughout. The resort brings together boutique lodging, fine dining, and spa services under one roof. Daingerfield's restaurant, housed within the historic Manor, features refined Appalachian-inspired cuisine and an award-winning wine collection, with panoramic views of Grandfather, Sugar, and Beech mountains. Elliott's Piano Bar, newly renovated in 2024, offers craft cocktails and live music in what the resort describes as an intimate, museum-quality setting.
