Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property has been painstakingly restored to its 1925 character, with each room reflecting the original interiors. The surrounding grounds feature expansive lawns shaded by 80-year-old Live Oak trees, a boathouse, and a footbridge over the pond. The venue hosts weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and birthday celebrations.
