Whispering Winds Gazebo at Glazebrook Park

The Whispering Winds Gazebo is an open-air structure set within Robert E. Glazebrook Community Park in Godfrey, Illinois. Managed by the Village of Godfrey Parks and Recreation Department, the 35-foot-diameter gazebo is available for receptions, weddings, family gatherings, and business meetings, as well as community events including the village's summer Concerts in the Park series. The gazebo comes equipped with eight eight-foot picnic tables and has access to both water and electric. Its exposed wooden beams and high ceiling create a rustic setting with room for custom decorating. Glazebrook Park surrounds the structure with walking trails, ponds, and open green space — making it a fitting backdrop for groups seeking an outdoor celebration in a park environment. Reservations are handled through the Parks and Recreation Department, with half-day and full-day options available.
