White Fence Farm

White Fence Farm is a rustic wedding and event venue spread across 105 acres in Trade, Tennessee, a short drive from Boone, Blowing Rock, and Asheville, North Carolina. Denise and Fulton Lovin, longtime Boone residents, bought the farmhouse property in 2012 as a personal retreat; after a friend held a wedding there, the couple began developing it into a wedding venue and vacation rental, and the business has since grown to include two additional properties in downtown Boone. The farm's open, private setting includes bubbling springs, a fish pond, cow fields, personal hiking trails, wildflowers, and vintage farm equipment, all backed by tree-topped mountain views. At its center is a barn equipped with a bar and stage for live music, seating 80-100 guests and outfitted with electricity, water, and bathrooms; event tents, ceremony chairs, farm tables, and wooden benches are available to expand guest seating, and there's no cap on how many people can gather across the property. Couples can bring their own planners, caterers, and vendors, with packages ranging from full-service to affordable do-it-yourself options. On-site lodging includes a cozy 1940s farmhouse with a clawfoot tub, porch swing, and wood stove, plus vintage Airstream campers, an RV hookup, and unlimited tent camping space for guests staying the weekend.
