Wicomico Golf Course

Wicomico Shores Golf Course is an 18-hole public course owned and operated by St. Mary's County Government, set along the Wicomico River in Mechanicsville, Maryland. The clubhouse overlooks the river, the course's wooded fairways, and abundant local wildlife — a waterfront backdrop that makes it a memorable backdrop for private events. The Riverview Banquet Room accommodates up to 175 guests and shares that same scenic setting, with views of the river and the 18th hole. The room can be reserved in full or divided for smaller gatherings, making it a flexible option for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, anniversaries, and private parties. An on-site events team works with clients from initial planning through event day. Adjacent to the banquet space, the Riverview Restaurant has served the community for more than 40 years. The facility also includes a public boat ramp and a 150-foot fishing pier on the Wicomico River.
