About Wildwood Studio
WIldwood Studio is a stunning modern and versatile 2000 sq ft photography studio located in the heart of Roscoe Village and is available to hire for both photography as well as events with capacity of 75. Wildwood Studio was designed to resemble a cozy Montana mountain home that makes everyone feel amazing as soon as they walk in. We have thrown countless baby showers, bridal showers, after-hours networking events, classes, neighborhood mom meet-ups, pop-up shops for all the different brands we love, and we even have a wedding reception in the space this spring! It is truly a magical place where you don’t have to bring in additional decorations for your event because of Sarah’s style. Having said that we have worked with some amazing stylist to really make the space just as you would like. So you really can do as much or as little as you wish. Wildwood Studio has 3 separate sitting areas to spread people through out the space, a kitchen, a table for 8 as well as additional tables and not forget our cozy fire place. More details: - 2130 sq ft - 12' Ceilings - Natural Light - Free WiFi - AC/Heat - Hand Held Steamer - Microwave available for use - 2 Folding Tables (4 foot and 6 foot) with 6 additional folding chairs - 25 chairs total, 5 stools, 1 couch, 1 loveseat and 1 daybed/bench - easy access to the CTA Brown Line - Free Parking out front and on side streets

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- You get use of the whole space and all of the furniture up until the white photography space. You can hire this space but it is an extra charge on top of the hourly rental charge as it has to be repainted post use. Includes the kitchen (no oven or hob) We are able to remove things if requested.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- It does depend on your event. But the hourly rate is $225 per hour, and the minimum is 3 hours plus a cleaning fee. For photography rental the fee is $150 per hour
- What is the venue capacity?
- 50 seated 70 absolute the max but prefer to keep it closer to 50
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We do not offer onsite catering option, but are happy to suggest local caterers we have worked with and trust. Please note if you are bringing in a caterer there are no cooking facilities on site but they can bring equipment to keep food warm and ca be hidden using our moveable walls
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We are a BYO venue. You can bring whatever you wish whether yourself or your caterer

Sarah Benson
Owner and Head PhotographerSarah is the head photographer at the studio but also worked to create the space for others to enjoy to create memories and celebrate milestones. Wildwood Studio was designed to resemble a cozy Montana mountain home that makes everyone feel amazing as soon as they walk in. You will spot lots of her photography of both family as well as landscape. Sarah is in the studio everyday and often there to support the smooth running of your event.
