Willard Arts Center

The Willard Arts Center is a historic arts facility in downtown Idaho Falls, Idaho, operated by the Idaho Falls Arts Council. Housed in a building that retains its original art deco character — black and white tile, elaborate crown molding, and a sweeping curving staircase — the center brings together the historic Colonial Theater, two visual art galleries, nine artist studios, and several flexible event spaces under one roof. The venue has hosted everything from board meetings and luncheons to weddings, birthday parties, film festivals, and live productions. Its spaces are designed to be easily adaptable to the needs and budget of the renter, and the building is fully handicap accessible. The Carr Gallery accommodates up to 176 guests, offering bright natural light through a wall of windows alongside rotating art exhibitions. The Hartwell-Chesbro Room, the most popular rental space, seats up to 120 guests around tables and features a historic brick wall and windows overlooking downtown Idaho Falls.
