Woodhaven Country Club

Woodhaven Country Club has served Louisville, Kentucky as a family-owned and operated destination for over 65 years. Built around a welcoming atmosphere the club describes as "the friendliest club in town," Woodhaven brings together golf, dining, swimming, and social events under one roof — a setting where members and guests return season after season. For private celebrations, the club accommodates both indoor and outdoor events. The grand ballroom suits receptions, galas, and corporate gatherings, while the club's serene outdoor spaces offer an alternative for open-air occasions. A dedicated Catering Director and events team oversee every detail, and the club's Executive Chef customizes menus to suit each event. All-inclusive weekday event packages are also available for groups seeking a streamlined planning experience. Woodhaven Country Club is well suited for weddings, private parties, social gatherings, and corporate events, with a team ready to guide hosts from first inquiry through final toast.
