The Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum is a French Victorian mansion on Adams Avenue in Memphis, built in 1871 by carriage manufacturer Amos Woodruff and later purchased by businessman Noland Fontaine in 1883. The home remained a private residence until 1929, later housed an art school, and became a museum in 1961 through the restoration efforts of the Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities. Its rooms are furnished with period antiques that showcase Victorian domestic life in 19th-century Memphis. Weddings have been hosted on the property since 1871, and the museum now offers its Carriage House, garden, and front lawn for private events. Rental packages include a 12-hour event window, indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception space for up to 150 guests, onsite tables and chairs, event cleanup, and a professional photography session inside the historic mansion. Couples also have access to a dedicated Wedding Party Suite for getting ready on-site.
