XCrazy Studio

XCrazy Studio is a rentable event and production space for hire in South Plainfield, NJ — about 40 minutes from NYC. Our 8,737 sq ft venue features a 70 x 40 ft main soundstage with a 72 ft x 16 ft (22 m x 5 m) LED video wall, hosting up to 200 guests for product launches, celebrations, screenings, performances, and corporate events. Support spaces include a meeting room for 6, a meeting room for 10, and a lounge/kitchenette seating 20. Inside the stage area, a soundproof glass office offers a direct view of the LED wall, plus three private production rooms (one single, two seating four each) — all glass-walled and soundproof. Also on site: a small private lounge for 2, a makeup area for 3, and about 430 sq ft of storage space with shelving racks. At the back there is a loading dock where trucks can open up and unload directly, plus a rear drive-in door — cars can drive straight into the studio and park right in front of the LED screen. Amenities: JBL sound system, wireless mics, dressing room, control room, and 40 free parking spaces. Restrooms are separate men's and women's rooms, each accommodating 4 people at a time. Good to know: the studio operates 24 hours a day with no neighborhood or community restrictions on working hours, and we hold a New Jersey film production permit. Up to 200 people can work on site at once. Pricing: events from $400/hr; film shoots from $460/hr. Contact: Lina Sun, (609) 453-1877 | https://xcrazystudio.com/
