787 Events is an event creation company based in Austin, Texas specializing in full service planning, design and production. Our goal is to curate distinctive and intentional celebrations that reflect who our clients are as a couple, family or business. We help conceptualize our client’s vision from start to finish, with each element being thoughtfully designed. We want the event day to be focused on joy and meaningful moments that represent everything our clients care about. Whether it is an intimate gathering for 20, or an elaborate celebration weekend of 400, we will curate every impeccable detail so our clients don’t have to worry about a thing. OUR SERVICES At 787 Events, we focus on full service event planning, design, production and management. We will be there with you from the very beginning to event completion to ensure everything goes perfectly. If you want even more assistance, we have an a la carte list of services that will take everything off of your plate so you don’t have to worry about a thing! PLANNING The planning aspect of our services include keeping you on track of when different tasks need to be completed, vendor selection and communication, timeline building and ensuring all logistics are taken care of. DESIGN For design, we will hand select your design team, create mood and design boards and build an original design that is unique to you and your event. We will set up and style each element of the design on the day of to ensure everything looks exactly how you envisioned it. PRODUCTION Once your design is approved, we will work with all vendors to ensure that your event is produced in a way that reflects you and the event that you have worked so hard to build. MANAGEMENT We coordinate everything the day of your event to make sure you get to enjoy your day and spend time with your guests.
