- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer full-service event planning including: venue and hotel sourcing, contract procurement, vendor selection and management, run of show, seating, floorplans, transportation, signage and branding, entertainment, onsite execution and management, budgeting, rsvp & guest list management.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes.. We will be the lead contacts for your vendors and will manage all site visits.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Clients shall pay vendors directly. We will assistant in managing payment schedules and budgeting.
