Avalon Caterers

Avalon Caterers is the name we chose because of the King Arthur stories I read as a child, which served as inspiration for us. Avalon, a mysterious place shrouded in mist where crops were abundant and self-sustaining, and the people who ate these miraculous foods were able to live for hundreds of years, captured my imagination. The isle of Avalon was inhabited by nine enchantresses, all of whom were sisters, who lived there. Wounded warriors were transported to the sisters' home where they were fed and healed before being sent back to the battlefield to fight for the kingdom. As modern warriors, we've applied this thinking to our Avalon, and we hope that you'll find that the food will do for you what it did for the legendary warriors of old. A fund-raising event will have themed décor, and every penny raised will be put to good use... Each event will have its own set of specifics, but every detail is critical to its success. The planning process begins with the menu and progresses according to your requirements. We've worked with a variety of civic organizations, labor unions and corporations, religious leaders, and even a couple of Presidents of the United States.
