From the roasted meats to the sauces to the baked goods produced from scratch by our specialized baker, each of our dishes is made fresh and fully in-house. Our full-time crew handles delivery and setup to ensure that each dish is handled with care. Our culinary team prepares the best backyard meals, such as all-you-can-eat barbeque or an old-fashioned clambake replete with bibs, crackers, and lobster traps, under pristine white tents.
