Chef Jaydene O'connor

Jaydene O'connor is a native of Seattle, Washington. She's been working in the kitchen for almost 30 years. At the tender age of five, she had her first experience by assisting at a local family-owned restaurant. Chef Jaydene started The Sugar Bar, a cafe in Seattle, at the age of 24. Gourmet sandwiches, bistro-style salads, and light cuisine were its specialties. "It was a thrilling business opportunity." Although I loved developing new dishes with Seattle's fresh food and ingredients, it gave me more motivation to want to relocate and pursue my passion in another market and at a greater level," she adds. Chef Jaydene sold her cafe after a successful run and relocated to Los Angeles to establish herself as a creative Personal Chef and to showcase her inventive culinary talents to the rich and famous. This skilled lady was transported from Los Angeles to Thailand in late 2008 to prepare healthy meals for star Jean Claude Van Damme while he was on location filming his newest project for two months. She returned home and decided to start a full-service catering business. Chef Jaydene and her staff will prepare delectable dishes using seasonal, fresh, and natural ingredients.
