Located in Frederick, Maryland, Classic Occasions by Caitlin is available for destination weddings and events throughout the country. Caitlin has been working in the event planning industry since graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Business Management. In addition to planning weddings and events at a historic hotel and a country club, she has experience coordinating wine and beer festivals, fundraising events and promotion for a non-profit organization, as well as planning corporate events. More than 200 weddings have now been coordinated by her! With a lifelong passion for event planning, Caitlin's creativity and attention to detail ensure that the event planning process is both effortless and enjoyable for her clients. Caitlin is a member of the Society of Professional Event Planners (SPEP). So, by the day of the event, she has taken the time to get to know her clients and knows every detail about them. Caitlin has built relationships with vendors from all over the industry over the course of her career, and she has a natural ability to match clients with the most qualified vendors. The size of the event does not matter, and Caitlin is happy to collaborate with her clients in order to ensure that every event is exactly as they envision it while remaining within the budget constraints.
