- This depends on the style of service.

- Yes, we can use alternative ingredients or find better options. Just let us know what specific restrictions you have, and we will accommodate them.
- What are your deposit payment terms?
- We require a fifty percent deposit to book your date. Your final payment and count are due 30 days before this applies to events and weddings.
- How far in advance should we book our catering?
- I'd recommend securing your venue and date then catering. We often see weddings booking a year and a half or even more in advance, particularly for prime dates.
- Should I count me vendors in my final count?
- Yes if you would like to feed them. Some vendors require meals are provided for them.
