Sushi Carts Sushi Carts, which are portable sushi stations that can be transported right to your event for live sushi requests, are ideal for large parties. Sushi carts are optional and necessitate the presence of a sushi chef on-site. Small Events Readi-trays are the simplest way to plan your sushi party: just pick your favorite Readi-Trays and place your order! Each Readi-tray order comes with five pairs of chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and six-inch paper plates. You can get extra chopsticks, napkins, or plates on the Order Online page. You can also bring your own plates and drop them off a day ahead of time in our kitchen. You must prepare the other tongs and china plates. We'd love to hear about your upcoming event!
