After relocating to Myrtle Beach in 2000, I found my first job in the hospitality industry, where I quickly rose through the ranks to become an event coordinator and sales manager for a local hotel chain. I eventually decided to pursue a different career path in healthcare, earning a master's degree from the University of South Carolina in the process.
