Most planning companies are award-winning, and frankly, so are we. In fact, we were recently voted as "Best Planner in the Northeast" by LUXLife Magazine just this year. So what makes us different? Our style AND our couples. Our magic is borne out of an insistence on creating bespoke, highly personalized and tailored experiences. We focus on the uniqueness of our couples by encouraging them to be their most authentic and raw selves. Our couples are as much interested in the journey as in the end product and already know who they are and what they like - we're just here to bring their visions to life. They are deep thinkers and open about their needs, even if their need is to say "I have no idea how to execute this, and I need help". Planning with our team is often described as easy. We represent a unique mix of consistent professionalism with fun interactions, allowing our couples to approach their big day with confidence and excitement. Our couples book us for 3 main reasons: 1. Our History & Experience: Our co-founders are educated up to MBA level and have a unique combination of high level corporate experience in the luxury brand and design industry, coupled with on the ground experience in the event industry. Our team has worked events at all levels, from back of house support all the way to leading and producing multi-day corporate conventions and retreats. 2. Our Style & Creativity: Our Founder Deliece, worked as a professional dancer and choreographer for over 15 years. She has a unique eye for creating moments throughout events that are intriguing and that pull out the nuances of our couples' personalities. She dreams with you! Our co-founder Melissa, has a corporate finance background and is always thinking about the logisitcs and delivery of the end product. She makes things happen and happen well! 3. Our Professionalism & Relationships: Our couples love that they can call us friends, while also knowing that their events will always take priority. We value exactly what our clients value and work hard to get it right, each and every time. Wait, there's MORE. We've commissioned events for large brands such as Volvo Cars and worked with top tier social media influencers to plan their events. Our deepest love, however, is for our private clients. We take the time to understand their vision for their events, as well as what makes them excited, inspired and unique as people. After all, isn't that what we are here to celebrate? People! Our team has worked regionally and internationally producing a myriad of gatherings including destination weddings, corporate retreats & conventions and private estate weddings & celebrations.   • Dhalia Events Pricing

    Minimum Spend
    $3,600

    Day-of coordination / wedding management starts at $3,600 with services beginning 3 months out. This package takes the work our clients have already done and brings it together beautifully on the big day. Our partial planning starts at $5,460 and equally combines out service with our clients' efforts, most suitable for events where our clients are interested in partnering 50/50 throughout the entire process. Full service planning starts at $7,200 and is all encompassing. The entire event in managed by our team with minimal involvement needed from our clients. Destination wedding planning starts at $8,000. Pricing varies based on factors including location, headcount, and type of venue.

What event planning services do you offer?
We offer three key collections. Our Cupid Collection is our most involved and starts immediately upon signing. We manage everything from start to finish. Our Duet Collection is a 50/50 effort between us and our couples. Our Rosebud Collection is similar to month-of event management.
How would past clients describe working with you?
Our couples typically refer to us as the most easy-going Type-A team you will ever meet. Our style is relaxed, allowing our couples to take their time and explore their vision for their day, while still keeping them on track, focused and ready to make decisions.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Our version of this is through our Rosebud Collection. We start this collection immediately upon signing, allowing our couples to leverage our knowledge and expertise for their entire journey. Then at the 10 week mark, we officially start to tighten up all of the details and prepare for the big day!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Our smallest size team for the day of an event is always 2. We always staff up from there depending on the size and scope of the day! Our teams flex to match the needs of the wedding, not necessarily by budget or size.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! With our Cupid collection we manage your entire planning service from start to finish. This includes not only vendor comparisons and recommendations but also all logistical and coordination topics including scheduling meetings, trials, sample visits and more!
