Dive Coastal Catering

Dive provides local organic vegetables, seasonal seafood entrées, and a selection of inventive salads, sandwiches, and specials – as well as iced teas, specialty sodas, cocktails, and craft beers to keep you cool. DAY-TO-DAY CATERING Our everyday catering solutions are ideal for smaller, more casual parties (such as company meetings). CATERING FOR HOLIDAYS We have everything you need to wow and please Christmas guests at any size gathering, including delectable appetizers, meats, sides, and desserts. CATERING FOR FORMAL EVENTS Tailor your demands with custom catering, which is ideal for more festive or formal occasions. We can assist with hiring, creating personalized menus, and more! Our seafood is carefully selected and supplied on a regular basis. When possible, we use organic, non-GMO, and local produce. We use grass-fed, hormone-free beef and free-range, natural chicken in our recipes. In our kitchen, we utilize gluten-free rice bran oil, coconut oil, and GHEE. In our soups, we don't utilize fillers, wheat, or cream (save in rare cases). Twenty of our 22 sauces are gluten-free and created in-house. We'll gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. Franchesca Nor: Owner and Creative Director Franchesca is part Brazilian and quarter Texan, and she was born and reared in Southern California. She is inspired by the world around her. She has resided in Colorado, California's Lake Tahoe, Italy, and Florida. Franchesca graduated from Johnson & Wales University with honors and was then mentored by various culinary masters, including Chef Alan Susser (founder of the Mango Gang in Florida), Chef David Bouley (Evolution), and Chef Andrea Curto-Randazzo (winner of Food and Wine Magazine's Best New Chef award). Franchesca's dishes are full, flavorful, and entertaining. Franchesca's childhood, travels, and culinary education have all informed the menu at Dive.
