Despite the fact that she is a formally trained pastry chef, cake has always been her passion! She has been giving clients with the ultimate experience – bringing to life a delicious work of art for their celebration – for over ten years. She has worked with renowned sugar artisans and produced cakes for celebrities and high-profile clientele all around the world. All of her planning paid off when she won the Food Network's Easter Basket Challenge! Her family is well aware of her competitive nature, thus it came as no surprise to them when she was named Champion. While not every day is as stressful as a competition, she channels her competitive spirit into every cake and treat she creates.
