Gordon Avenue Music

Well, hello! My name is Gordon, as you most likely already know at this point. I'm a singer and songwriter with a strong desire to make memories that will last a lifetime. I believe, to the very depths of my being, that music creates memories. Being an artist has a lot of perks, but this one stands out to me the most. Whether I'm performing live or spinning records, I'm always motivated by the way good music can turn an ordinary event into a one-of-a-kind occasion. My childhood was spent in the Pacific Northwest. I married my best friend. I enjoy tunes that have memorable melodies, powerful rhythms, duets, cellos, and blues solos. I have a deep love for reading and writing. My wife and I have a serious addiction to roasting our own coffee beans, so we do it ourselves. My temple bears a scar in the shape of an u because I was struck by a flying broom when I was a child (no joke!). Also, I'm a huge fan of coffee. Have I mentioned that before?
