You’re looking for a professional coordinator to collaborate on your wedding ideas, personalize your wedding day, take over some large-scale tasks, and ultimately put your mind at ease knowing you’ll be taken care of. Our Partial Event Planning and Design package is tailored for the couple wanting to keep the process of planning their event exciting and enjoyable. Beginning with an in-depth consultation on your dream vision and budget, we will curate a design plan to reflect the feel, flow, and aesthetic of your wedding day. We will provide you with personal vendor referrals and take over all communication once booked. We'll attend meetings with your design vendors and provide ideas to help you stay within budget. We will walk through your wedding venue to clearly understand your vision of the setup, timeline, and vendor responsibilities, and after bringing together final details in an organized agenda and diagram we will run your ceremony rehearsal, and coordinate your wedding while you enjoy your guests!

- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- This is included in our Full Service Package, while our Partial Planning includes guided introductions with your curated vendor recommendations.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Depending on the final logistical needs, it can vary, but you will always have your Lead Planner and an Associate on the wedding day.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- Our homebase is Santa Barbara, CA so we are familiar with all local Santa Barbara County venues (which includes, Carpinteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Goleta, Los Olivos and Solvang). Even if you bring us a venue we haven't worked before - we know how to make any event successful!
