About KD Floral & Events
KD Floral & Events' owner and head designer. She started out as a self-taught florist (with much of trial and error), then moved on to workshops and classes to expand her skills. She is a Licensed Retail Florist who mostly serves Southwest Louisiana, but also serves the neighboring areas. She enjoys a good challenge, especially when it involves installations and one-of-a-kind statement floral arrangements. Kourtney takes pride in working one-on-one with each customer to develop a one-of-a-kind design that perfectly complements the bride's vision. Kourtney is either at work as a Critical Care Nurse or spending time with her husband, Josh, and their dog, Lena, when she isn't meeting with brides or arranging one-of-a-kind arrangements. Kourtney also enjoys spending time with her friends while sipping margaritas and going on trips with her husband. KD Floral & Events specializes in local and long-distance wedding and event blooms.
