Each event is handcrafted to your individual vision in our timber loft on Chicago's near west side or on our farm in picturesque southwest Michigan. We specialize in private gatherings. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following: - Customized Personal Flowers - Floral arrangements for the wedding ceremony and reception - Rental of a vase or a container - Set-up and delivery - Candles During our growing season, we also sell buckets of our farm flowers if you want to make your own arrangements. Since 1994, Larkspur has been creating stunning, nature-inspired floral and event creations in Chicago. What started off as a tiny wedding business developed into a delightful retail shop in Bucktown, where we were a local favorite for a decade. Our enthusiasm for flowers grew beyond design, and we began growing flowers on our sustainable flower farm in Buchanan, Michigan, in addition to a retail location. Slow Flowers and the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers are both proud members of Larkspur. Larkspur has evolved from a retail shop into a modern timber loft space that specializes in wedding and event design, floral deliveries, farm CSA, and corporate flowers and plants. Throughout the Midwest, Larkspur shares our passion for natural, seasonally-inspired design through seminars and lectures. We believe in an inclusive and equal environment at Larkspur, and we deny and combat discrimination of any type. We give to groups that fight for and promote gender and racial equality, as well as justice reform, on a regular basis. Beth Barnett has been a presence on the Chicago floral scene for over 25 years, and she founded Larkspur with a vision of lush, organic floral arrangements that are tied to nature's rhythms and textures. Beth and her crew attempt to produce creative arrangements that are in touch with natural forms regardless of the season.
