Mrs. Horn received congressional recognition for her work in the community from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and she was later named Lone Star College Business of the Year, a title she held for a short time. She is currently serving as a member of the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce as an active volunteer.
