Luke's Lobster is a third-generation lobsterman Luke Holden's family-owned Maine seafood business. Holden was unable to obtain an authentic, high-quality Maine lobster roll to satiate his longing for home in 2009, thus Luke's began as a little lobster roll shack in New York City. Through Luke's father, Jeff's seafood production firm, he, partner Ben Conniff, and their enterprising crew created and built their first 10 shacks, sourcing the world's best lobster from fisherman. We serve the best-tasting seafood because we know how to prepare it properly in Maine, from the pier to your table.
