Working with clients to create a meaningful, beautiful cake design that tickles their taste buds has been as important to my success as knowing how to run a business. Some I learned from my father on the family farm, while others I had to learn the hard way. I enjoy the clientele, the sugar art, the baking, and everything else. Contracts, policies, and financials have also grown on me. All of the love I bring to my bespoke wedding cake design clients is shared with colleagues and students through my cake business masterclass workshops, the recipes that established my business, and C'mon In the Kitchen, my Southern dessert recipe blog. Each partnership begins with a design consultation with you and your wedding coordinator. Consultations will be organized once availability, venue, and floral themes have been determined. Commissions start at $2000 and vary depending on the design. Dates are often booked 6-12 months in advance and are first come, first served.
