- Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
- We love collaborating with our clients to create custom menus for their special event. When seasonally possible we source all the ingredients we can from local farms and purveyors.
- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Yes! We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever we can.
- What menu customization options do you offer?
- We love creating custom menus! We will jump on a call and chat about your favorite foods, favorite restaurants, family recipes, your wedding theme, season and overall vibe to come up with a unique menu to compliment your event.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We offer tastings for two prior to the event when scheduling allows. Free to clients under contract.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We have cooked at sites all over the state from oceanside private residences, to fields with no facilities, to gorgeous venues. A few venues we have cooke at are: The Harpswell Inn, Blind Tiger, Live Well Farm, The Shipyard in Boothbay, Ash Point Estate, Ocean Point Casino.
