- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We are able to accommodate either option, depending on our agreement with you.
- How far in advance should I book my event?
- We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of dates and to provide ample time for planning and execution. For large events such as conferences, we suggest contacting us at least 5-6 months in advance, while smaller events can be accommodated with shorter notice.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes! One offering that we take on with our services is vendor management.
