Chef Ovy is a graduate of Kendall College, Chicago's most prominent culinary institution, but his passion for baking and cooking began with his mother in Romania's Transylvanian region. He was delighted by his Mother's delicate and delectable pastries, which instilled a lifelong desire for learning and excellence in the young Ovidiu. Since his adolescence, Ovy has worked in Michelin-rated restaurants and trained with some of Chicago's most well-known chefs, including Chefs Paul Kahan and Mike Sheerin.
