- What makes your planning style unique?
- Pop Color Events takes a whole family approach to the planning process. We get to know your family--what is important to each member and focus on how it can be a party that represents who you are and what you value.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- Pop Color Events can do everything related to planning for your child’s Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah–ranging from absolutely everything (except reading the Torah for them!) to simply finishing it off. We offer 3 customizable levels of service - Full, Partial & Month-of.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We have worked at a variety of venues including hotels, restaurants, country clubs, events spaces, parks, community centers, and more throughout Washington DC and the close-in suburbs of Maryland and Virginia.
- How far in advance should I book your services?
- We recommend booking as soon as you know your date to ensure availability. Ideally, families reach out 12–18 months in advance, but we can work within shorter timeframes depending on our schedule.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- At a minimum, we always have a Lead Planner and Assistant onsite. For more complex events, we have up to 5 members of our team onsite.
