    Please note our starting rate is primarily noted for intimate weddings and smaller events. Most of our pricing is custom to each individual project, but more information on starting rates for the average and more involved wedding can be found here: https://rachelwillisevents.com/pricing-guide We pride ourselves on quality over quantity, so a limited number of projects are taken each year. We are more concerned with ideal clients and creative opportunities rather than a minimum spend, even though there is a common starting point we see for local celebrations which can be found in the guide. Detailed pricing explanations will be explained on the consultation and in your custom proposal.

FAQs 7

Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
I do not offer day-of. For the quality and level or service I want to offer my clients, I need to be involved much earlier in the process. When you hire me, I go to work.
What event planning packages do you offer?
I offer Full Service & Design & Event Management (some call it Partial Planning).
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
I will facilitate and attend most of your meetings, tastings, & interviews with other vendors as part of my Full Service package. I will even attend meetings on your behalf if you can't make them yourself, taking detailed notes for you to review later.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
I am happy to manage payment reminders and let you know when a payment is due. However, I will not handle the payment myself. You will see every invoice and complete every payment directly. I will make sure you get the links and information you need to complete payment.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
At minimum, 2 including myself. I schedule on-site coordinators based on each client's and event's needs. The typical team consists of 3-4 people, but as mentioned previously, it depends on the size, scope, and detail of each event.
