Ruthie's Rolling Cafe

Ruthie’s is a Dallas-based food truck company offering gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made fresh-to-order. Our customers can choose from a wide variety of cheeses, meats veggies, and sauces to add to their scrumptious grilled cheese. In addition, we offer gluten-free bread and vegan cheese for those patrons with dietary restrictions. Ruthie’s owns and operates two food trucks which allows us to roll to more than one location for lunch or dinner as well as serving at private events. Our growth has been a result of demand as we were one of the very first food trucks in Dallas and our patrons love our food, service, and mission.
