Design Ideation & Decor Management - ($5,000) D&D management Fee includes a detailed proposal outlining every decor element needed for the venue along with a decor estimate breakdown & supplier invoice tracker. I source all decor pieces, manage all supplier communication, create the load in schedule and manage the day of install. To ensure my couples are receiving the best options to bring their vision to life, I work with only reliable decor and furniture companies in the GTA that provide quality pieces & service. All individual supplier invoices are submitted directly to the client for payment. The best way to describe my roll with this package would be as a planner for the decor & day of installation pieces. Where my clients typically need support is with the design of their wedding and the execution the day of. This service allows for my couples to use a month of planner or day of coordinator that will manage all of the other elements to their special day. I work with you to design your floral pieces, backdrops, custom vinyl dance floor, seating chart, furniture pieces, table decor/design, ceiling installations ect.... - Tania Pollack design offers a flow through invoice service. This means that all supplier invoices are provided directly to the client for full transparency.

- Designing events in Vancouver, BC starting in 2008. Transitioned over to designing Toronto events in 2015. Tania Pollack Design currently produces designs for some of the GTA's top Agencies & Planners, as well as the public.
