Melisa Imberman, President of The Event Of A Lifetime, Inc. gives personalized attention to each client to ensure that every detail is taken into consideration. Working closely with her clients, Melisa and her staff will help create a party that reflects the couple's personalities, lifestyles and dreams. As a full service event planning company, The Event Of A Lifetime, Inc. can handle every detail from the invitations through the planning and execution of your event. Extremely detailed oriented, we work with our clients to build each event from the ground up. We have extensive resources and years of experience that will we draw upon to customize each party from beginning to end.     Minimum Spend
    $6,000

    Day of Coordination with partial planning packages start at $6,000. Full service planning starts at $10,000. Please reach out for a custom quote! Planning starts at $150-$200/hr with a minimum of 20 hrs. This enables us to; familiarize ourselves with all contracts, create a timeline & floorplan, do a walkthrough & confirm all vendors. Additional assistance: such as vendor referrals, design consultation…is billed at the same hourly rate. Day of coordination is $250-300/hr.

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Every event has at lease a lead coordinator as well as an assistant. If the event is in multiple locations or is logistically complicated we will add additional coordinators.
What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked in numerous venues in the tri state area, ranging from mansions, to loft spaces to clubs. During COVID we have done more tented events than ever before. We can pretty much transform any space...your dream it we'll make it happen
