We at Tilly and Teal think that the road from engagement to marriage should be just as lovely as your wedding day... finding serenity and leaning into joy. Above all, we respect the fact that your wedding day is the first day of your marriage. We want to highlight the family values and traditions that have molded you as a pair in your details. Details like flower items inspired by your grandmother's garden, a veil passed down through the generations, and vows that mirror fervent words said on a daily basis in real life. Knowing that all of your preparations are leading up to something bigger than your wedding day... this is your first day as Mr. and Mrs. We are thrilled and humbled to be able to provide you with a pleasant walk down the aisle. My interest in wedding planning was sparked by seeing my best friend collapse into a pool of disappointment as she was zipped into her wedding gown. Her mother had been whisked into the reception hall for set up, so she stood there, zipped into her gown by her sister. My heart shattered. I pledged I'd never let another bride go through what I'd gone through. From then on, in 2016, I embarked on a career as a wedding planner and have never looked back.
