My journey began in 2003 as a Sous-Chef, where I discovered the true artistry of food and built my craft from the ground up. In 2009, I stepped into the role of Banquet & Catering Manager, entrusted with bringing to life more than 300 events each year. Today Viola’s Kitchen is the natural expression of that journey: a blend of my passion for cuisine, my experience in events, and my love for thoughtful design.
