During my 20 years in the industry I gained a comprehensive experience and skills to be able to deliver unmatched results for my customers. My journey began in '03 as a Sous-Chef in a restaurant where I was able to learn the culinary craft from scratch. In '09 I became Banquet & Catering Manager responsible for orchestrating over 300 various events a year delivering the most esteemed services. Viola's Kitchen is a true combination of my passion, experience and affection for design.
