Born in Fort Gordon, Georgia, and raised in McCormick, South Carolina, I am a true Southern gal. I was taught that God comes first, family comes second, that delicious food wins men's hearts, and that good old-fashioned southern hospitality makes for a fantastic woman. We weren't wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, but we always had enough. And we were always willing to share whatever we had. One of the most important lessons I learnt as a child was that there was always someone worse off than me, therefore paying it forward is a must! My family's language is love, thus it's in my blood to aid people. When I first started Wilco Smiles, my main emphasis was on assisting others. I'd like to assist that budget-conscious couple in planning the wedding of their dreams. I'd want to assist that family in celebrating a loved one's birthday, retirement, anniversary, or welcoming a new baby into the world with a spectacular baby shower. I appreciate making a fantastic cocktail and offering it for a variety of events. Basically, I want to be a part of making someone happy at a reasonable fee. And nothing makes a person happier than saving money! Wilco Smiles is a dream come true for me, and I'm loving every minute of it. When I'm not working as a Boss, though, I devote my time to being a wife to my incredible husband. We are the parents of four wonderful children who keep us on our toes at all times. Although I appreciate making others happy, it is my family who makes me happy. They are, without a doubt, my finest achievement.
