WED was born out of a love for wedding planning and floristry that I didn't even know I had. After planning my only daughter's wedding in 2014, I discovered my lifelong passion. I believe that every girl should have the opportunity to have her dream wedding, and I love the personal details that make it special. I find great joy in being a part of a bride's planning process in dreaming up her big day and making it come to life. I think I have the best job in the world! I get to become friends with my clients, and meet new and inspiring vendors. I love my clients and the bond we form throughout the planning process. Hearing people tell me that they're thankful and that their wedding was everything they dreamed of and more means everything to me. It reinforces that I am doing exactly what I was meant to do. Founding WED was one of the best decisions I've ever made! We believe subtle nuances and a strong attention to detail create one-of-a-kind experiences. WE MEET Whether your style is a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, let's meet up over something yummy and get to know each other. We cant' wait to hear all of your hopes and dreams for your big day! 2. WE CURATE We ask the tough questions to find out exactly what inspires you and ignites passion at the very core of your being. We'll use that as inspiration to make your event so very you. 3. WE PLAN We will do all of the heavy lifting, and you'll be involved every step of the way. You get to do the fun stuff like swooning over peonies, while we find out how those out-of-season peonies will fit into your budget. 4. WE SOURCE The value of using a planner is that we have a network of top notch vendors in the industry. We make sure that you are matched with the best vendors in your price range based on your budget. 5. WE EXECUTE This is our favorite part. All of our tedious planning and obsession over details gets put to work. So sit back & let us dial it in. You won't have to lift a finger. 6. WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION Wedding planning and coordination is all about the basic practical details of your celebration which create a firm foundation for a smooth event. We are involved in every logistical detail of your wedding. We will manage and oversee your vendors, negotiate fees, manage your budget, advise you on etiquette, mediate family dynamics, proofread your stationery, be your personal stylist, package your favors, and more often than not, be your listening ear and personal counselor. We’ll support you and advocate for you as we guide the entire planning process and then oversee the wedding day from set up to tear down. From booking hotel room blocks to timing shuttle pick ups to determining the amount of electrical power your tented reception needs to sending you down the aisle… we’ll handle it all every step of the way. EVENT DESIGN Event design is all about personalizing your wedding and making it beautiful. We go beyond arranging pretty flowers and consider every visual component of your wedding. We will help you define your vision and then bring your personal style to life with our creative direction. Wrapping our hands around every visual detail of your wedding ensures your story is told cohesively from start to finish. Together, we will think through the stationery font, the texture of your linen, the finish on your chair, the ribbon tied around your guest favors, the pillows on your soft seating, the types of flowers that will best communicate your style and every other detail that will make your wedding one of a kind. FLORAL DESIGN We do our flowers in-house! Our personal style is loose and romantic. We create free-flowing, organic natural designs. We use uncommon combinations of color, texture, shape and a unique approach to design. We source only the best blooms and pride ourselves in full, lush designs.
