The Kell House Museum is a 1909 neoclassical home built by Frank Kell, one of the founding businessmen of Wichita Falls, Texas, on a hillside overlooking the developing town. Kell and his wife, Lula Kemp Kell, raised seven children in the home, and their daughter Willie May lived there until 1980, when the Wichita County Heritage Society acquired and restored the property.
