  Fort Point Historic Campus on the Bay occupies a cluster of historic Coast Guard buildings on the northeastern shore of the Presidio, at the mouth of San Francisco Bay. The campus — formerly the Fort Point Life Saving Station — dates to 1890 and includes the Officer in Charge Quarters, the Lifeboat Station (1915), and the Pier & Tide Gauge Station (1935). Today it is managed by the Greater Farallones Association under a long-term agreement with the National Park Service within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The campus offers unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the Marin Headlands, and the San Francisco skyline, providing a distinctive backdrop for events of many kinds. Two distinct settings are available for rental: the Pier House, which sits over the water on a 360-foot dock and accommodates intimate gatherings of up to 40 guests; and the Grounds and Paved Lots, spanning over 5,000 square feet of open-air space suited to weddings and receptions, corporate events, festivals, film shoots, and commercial photography. The venue has hosted engagements, birthday celebrations, business meetings, and community events within reach of Crissy Field Beach. Its setting within a working marine sanctuary makes it a distinctive choice for groups drawn to the Bay's natural and historic character.

  This 94-acre home is located on the Palos Verdes bluffs, which provide breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. You can view the vineyard, the Pacific Ocean, and even Catalina Island in the distance from practically everywhere in the event garden. During the day, you and your guests will eat, drink, and dance the hours away as the sun sets in a stunning display of color over the Pacific. The stars appear even brighter and more numerous after dark from this secluded vantage point, making for an unforgettable night sky experience. Catalina View Gardens is a difficult site to conceive of in California for an outdoor event. Catalina View Wines are also available for purchase to serve at your event or simply to enjoy on your own. The location is available for daily hire at a cost of $12,000 per day. A $2,000 refundable deposit is required in addition to the venue charge for damages, over-standard cleaning, and entertainment compliance. The venue charge is deducted from the deposit. All events must stop no later than 9:30 p.m., according to the stipulations of our permission. This means the music will be turned off, food and beverages will no longer be served, and visitors will begin to go. We can only allow DJs that are on our approved DJs list because of the noise limits. We have strict guidelines for sound levels at our events, and all of the approved DJs have adhered to these guidelines while still keeping the dance floor crowded throughout the night.

  OUR STORY: Del Popolo began operations as a mobile pizzeria in May 2012, operating out of a glass-enclosed shipping container on the back of a Freightliner truck and serving Neapolitan-inspired pizza. In November 2015, we inaugurated our brick-and-mortar restaurant, which serves the same naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizza that we have been obsessing over since 2012, as well as market-driven antipasti and a carefully curated list of wine and beer selections. Our pizza truck is still on the streets of San Francisco, and we are happy to offer you the option of eating your pizza in a chair if you would prefer not to stand up. THE GARDEN: Private and heated, The Garden is an outdoor dining room located just behind Del Popolo that can accommodate up to 100 people. It is available for sitting lunches and dinners for up to 40 guests or standing receptions for up to 50 guests throughout the year. MAIN DINING ROOM: Tuesday through Sunday evenings, Del Popolo's dining room is available for private parties to rent. We can accommodate up to 60 people sitting and 75 people reception-style. RESTAURANT + GARDEN BUYOUT: Monday through Sunday, Del Popolo is available for a full restaurant buyout at a discounted rate. You can choose to have a standing reception in The Garden prior to dinner in the main dining room, or vice versa, depending on your preferences.   Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.
